All site, roadway, drainage & foundations are designed by professional engineers.

The ESPLANADE is located in the centre of the project and features a raised sidewalk and park feature in the common area between the three storey units.

There is a subdivision PARK directly to the West of the project and the project is also bordered by GREEN SPACE on the North and South sides.

Three storey units feature lavish DECKS that span the width of each unit and are bordered by privacy screens between each unit.

•OPEN WEB WOOD floor trusses 9’-0” Main Floor Walls, 8’-0” on top levels

•BASEMENT units feature full 8’-0” concrete foundation walls with R12 insulated framed exterior and party walls for energy efficiency, boarded only (with no electrical) to maintain air barrier integrity.

•GARAGES feature 10’-0” high wood framed walls over a concrete grade beam and pile foundation system. Garage interiors are fully dry walled and painted white.

•Fascias, soffits and downspouts are MAINTENANCE-FREE aluminium.

•Exteriors are a complex COMPOSITE GREEN system featuring siding, panels, trim siding, and aluminium detailing with manufactured stone product.

•Windows are an upgraded METAL-CLAD black, TRIPLE GLAZED, PVC, picture and casement hybrid window system, chosen for Architectural beauty and Saskatchewan climates.

•Exterior swing doors are smooth Fiberglass panel for maximum PERFORMANCE.

•Garage overhead doors are a steel INSULATED door
